Holy Week and Easter

You are welcome to join us at Trinity to observe the foundations and joys of our Christian faith.

April 5: Palm/Passion Sunday 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.

Palm/Passion Sunday marks the beginning of Holy Week. The service begins with Jesus’ triumphant entry into Jerusalem. Palms are waived as Jesus passes by and heads into the city to celebrate the Passover with his disciples.

April 9: Maundy Thursday 7 p.m.

The Maundy Thursday service observes Jesus at the Last Supper. There he celebrated the Passover with his disciples. Upon his arrival, he humbly washes the feet of each man present. Then, they break bread together and Jesus teaches them a new commandment—to love one another as he has shown them.

April 10: Good Friday 7:30 p.m.

Good Friday commemorates the crucifixion of Jesus. It is the most solemn day in the Christian calendar and is the pinnacle of the Holy Week. All are invited to join Trinity faithful as we observe this day with great humility and reverence. The gospel is experienced through readings, prayers and songs.

April 12: Easter Sunday Sunrise 6:30 a.m.

                        8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.

Join us to celebrate and commemorate the resurrection of Jesus Christ our risen Lord. Easter morning worship is filled with Hallelujahs and rejoicing that renews the spirit and affirms our faith. Child care is available. All are welcome, so we hope to see you on Easter.
