Keeping Trinity UMC Healthy

COVID Protocols for Worship (July 2022)

The CDC Community Level in Fairfax County continues to be Medium. Masks remain optional in worship, but we encourage you to bring and wear a mask when you are in close contact with others. We want to do our part to keep our community safe and healthy — especially our most vulnerable friends and neighbors—and lower the Community Level as soon as possible.

Please monitor yourself, follow CDC guidelines and recommendations, stay home if you are unwell, and get tested if you have any concerns. Masks are still required for anyone 3 and older who is not fully vaccinated.

Live streams of both Sunday morning services are available on our YouTube page if you are not yet ready to return to the sanctuary.

Covid Protocols for Worship: MAy 2022

As you make plans for Sunday worship or a funeral at Trinity, please note the following COVID protocols:

  • The CDC Community Level in Fairfax County remains Low and masks are optional in worship. We still encourage and welcome masks so that we can keep ourselves and our community safe and healthy — especially our most vulnerable friends and neighbors. Please continue to monitor yourself, stay home if you are unwell or know that you have been recently exposed to COVID, and get tested if you have any concerns.
  • Masks are still required for anyone 3 and older who is not fully vaccinated, and everyone in the Nursery and Children’s Worship.
  • Services will be live-streamed on our YouTube page. This means that if you are uncomfortable gathering in the sanctuary, or are traveling, you can still worship with the Trinity Church family.
  • Please follow CDC Guidelines for quarantine, isolation, and testing for in-person church services and events. You can find information about testing in our area here and order free at-home tests here.
