Over the last year, there has been a huge increase in the need for gift cards. We want to help everyone. To achieve that goal, we are changing our mailed cards to every other month.

• One card is mailed to each verifiable Virginia address in the counties of Arlington and Fairfax and within the cities of Alexandria and Falls Church.
• Registration is required every December and June to maintain current addresses. The only other time you need to use this form is when your address changes.
